1) How often do you download music?

2) How do you currently download music?

3) Would you download music directly from a record label’s website?

4) Would you ever give money to a donation-based music distribution website after downloading their free music?

5) Do you ever download music directly to a mobile device? (phone, tablet, mp3 player, etc.)
